I worked with Catherine on establishing a shared custody agreement with my ex girlfriend. Ask for timelines, she will provide them. they will be reasonable. Also remember that other lawyers can work at different paces, people can drag their feet. Be reasonable. 4. E-mail and phone communication can take 24 hours. Be prepared to understand that. If you send an e-mail on Friday night, she won't answer until the following work day. When I first met with Catherine, (She wouldn't allow for me to call her Mrs. White) she spent a great amount of time with me giving me honest professional opinions on how things would play out in the end.
