I worked with Catherine on establishing a shared custody agreement with my ex girlfriend. I had an hour long consultation, she accepted my case and was able to have it filed and reviewed by a judge in a reasonable time. E-mail and phone communication can take 24 hours. Be prepared to understand that. If you send an e-mail on Friday night, she won't answer until the following work day. When I first met with Catherine, (She wouldn't allow for me to call her Mrs. White) she spent a great amount of time with me giving me honest professional opinions on how things would play out in the end. Once I learned that my son had been a victim of severe abuse, neglect, and endangerment, I clearly realized I was going to file for custody of him. It all started when the boyfriend of my ex-wife died of a drug overdose in their home in front of my child. 3 weeks later my son disclosed to me that... one of the sons of the babysitter whom his mother had been taking him to for 2 years had molested him for the greater part of a year.
