I hired Tamas Tabor to fight a probation violation charge. I lived out of state and Mr. Tabor told me that he would represent me and fight for me. I sought out an Attorney after having a search warrant served and all my electronic devices removed from my home. My first reaction was that my world was over once it was known to my job, friends and loved ones that I viewed Child Pornography. I was full of shame and guilt. I would eventually be char...ged with several felony charges for pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor. Before I was officially charged 10 months later, I had searched the internet for an Attorney that had very good reviews and who had dealt with clients with the same charges as mine. I took his recommendations and dedicated myself to attending Sex Addicts Anonymous meetings and began one on one therapy with a Sex Addiction / Offender Therapist. Through this process and my journey, Brian continued to support me and encourage me to keep doing what I was doing. He kept me informed and it helped ease my mind; knowing that he was diligently working on my case. He showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. He truly wanted to see that I get and continue to receive the help I needed and that I leave the rest to him. Fast forward to today. I was officially charged with 5 felony 2s pandering sexually illicit material involving a minor. Brian was able to get that reduced to 2. His summary was detailed and educational. His courtroom presentation was staggering to watch.  He had supplied to the judge articles and research on the effects of addiction to pornography and how it can lead down a very dark road. The Judge had stated that he had “learned a lot” from Brian’s summary letter. This is a huge win because as I now know, this is a misunderstood and stigmatic problem that can stem from an addiction to mainstream pornography. The mere fact that he was able to educate a respected, intelligent Harvard Graduate Judge, speaks volumes on his part. I ended up with 3 years’ probation and sex offender registration. It was a very big win. No jail or prison time. I continue to take Brian’s suggestions and continue to work the program of Sex Addicts Anonymous in addition to working one on one with my Sex Offender Therapist. I am so thankful to Brian for his suggestions, his compassion and his understanding.
