Michael Probst has 20 years of legal experience handling criminal, traffic, OVI and DUI cases in state and federal courts throughout Ohio.
As a former adult felony assistant prosecuting attorney, Michael has significant courtroom and trial experience and he knows how to be tough and aggressive in the courtroom and he knows how prosecutors think and prepare for criminal cases.
Michael now uses his prior experience to represent clients charged only with felony and misdemeanor criminal offenses, traffic offenses and DUI, OVI and drunk driving offenses. Michael currently handles, and has significant experiencing representing clients in all of the following types of cases:
