Single dad hires to get custody of my 2 girls from a drug addicted mother. Won that battle for 8 grand.. 2 years later hired again because mother wanted visitation rights. Mother was in a rehab center. She wanted full visitation rights. Chapter 22. I tried to fight against that.. Susan would say we w...on't go there it's to much time.. Then when we walk into court it was a different story.. She would say. Your on top of the pyramid don't do anything to hurt that.. She would side with mother.. Long story short.. Mother would say what her plans were and Susan knew she would be moving into a different rehab location. Case was finally settled because I ran out of money 9 thousand later. Is what she dragged it out to. And I didn't even get child support... After case was over I called her because we were running into safety issues with kids and mother... Her response was well didn't she move into that rehab place.. I said yes you knew of this during court.. Her response was well I can't represent you anymore,i do probono work for that facility.. Shocked...... No wonder mother got things pushed for her..i should have been informed of this when mother informed in court... Instead Susan stole my money.. I should have been able to get another lawyer.. So if you have a case anything like this. Stay far far away.. Now have hired another lawyer..

I could not agree with the other reviews more. Ms. Sabol seemed very knowledgeable and pleasant, empathetic as well, so I hired her to pursue a child custody change. If she had told me I had no chance of winning, i would not have pursued this, and 2 1/2 years later I know better. She would not r...espond to my questions without getting $1000-$2000 payments. And i always had a negative balance! She was interested in money only. She could not handle the case when it got testy. At one point she sent a note saying she needed $3000 because the case was "spinning out of control". Her office act like professional bill collectors, constantly badgering for more money. I had to fire her about 1.5 years in and hire another attorney who handled and finished the case. she talked me into a GAL who was horrible, interested in only dragging the case out. She was a huge mistake.

I hired Suzanne to fight for me to have my visitation enforced to see my two small children. I have spent $9,000 on this lawyer and she treats me like I work for her. Her office lost all of my paperwork and my flash drive of photos of me spending time with my children during the times that I have se...en them for the past few years of me giving them birthday parties and taking them to the zoo in to the beach and to the pool and everything else. My court date was pushed back because of her office's incompetence. I was labeled as bipolar and I'm being discriminated against because I had a spiritual awakening. My ex-husband is a narcissistic abuser who verbally and emotionally abused me for our entire marriage. I had no friends or family to turn to to help me with my children so I had no choice but to let him take them because I was so beat down I was no longer able to care for them. My ex-husband weighs 450 lb and feeds my children junk food everyday and is very controlling and verbally and emotionally abusive. I was lucky to recover from all of the abuse I endured from him during the marriage yet he has continued to intentionally keep my children from me to further abuse me because he knows that's the only Power he had over me. Suzanne is not a good lawyer at all. She has no empathy for my situation and I have wasted $9,000 with this woman who does not treat her clients with the respect they deserve. I expect her to pick up the phone and call me when she needs information. I have not seen my children in almost a year and I am actually the healthy one. My current husband and I rent a 3-bedroom home and I am a vegan that weighs 150 lb and receives wonderful art therapy to deal with all of my emotional issues from childhood rape and emotional neglect. Society has branded me with an unfair label. It's all upside down. I am the one that should have my children. My 450 lb abusive ex-husband should not have my children. I hired Suzanne to fight for me and she acts like she could care less about actually giving attention to my case to do what is right. I had a psychotic episode and was hospitalized due to it in my ex-husband found out and put in an emergency order with his childhood friend of a lawyer to keep my children from me even more. It was not a psychotic break. It is actually a spiritual awakening. At this point in order to save my own sanity I can no longer fight for my children. I have to save myself and pray that he does not damage them Beyond repair and that they will come to me when they are older. I should not be discriminated against because an ill equipped doctor put a label on me that calls me bipolar. Narcissistic and emotional and verbal abuse can be even more detrimental to Children than physical abuse. Please pray for my children and me

This attorney I would recommend for several reason especially if your a Christian because, she does stand behind some good Christian morals. She had took on my case in the middle of my divorce. My previous attorney lack the experience for my case and was up front with me as well. Not only is Suzanne ...experience enough for the case but, she also is a good laywer to keep you motived when it seems like things may not be going your way. In my case I had lost custodyof my girls before Suzanne took the case and was only going to get local rule 27; when I was able to at least get shared parenting for my girls. She is one of the most honest lawyers I have seen in the courtroom, she is not all about the money because, if she was then I am sure that her Christian morals would be comprised. Suzanne was even able to make payment plans with me when I put down the big deposit and, she really wants to be involved on my case. There was a time when it was mention that my girls did not have any clothes which was not true but, she with out a drop off a hat was willing to donate clothes for them. I know that this attorney will not take any foolish cases as we have seen many do in order for them to get paid. Truely, I would say that if your looking for a honest attorney with GOOD CHRISTIAN MORALS, then she is one that I would recommand. The staff that she does have, is wonderful, they to will do what it takes for the case and the client. If your asking me would I recommend Suzanne as an attorney I would! I am one of those people that understand that it is still a business and, people like this you do not take advantage of because in the long run you will not be bless. So, on my end I have made every effort to do what I need to do to make sure that, I keep my word like she has done hers...What kind of Christian would I be if I neglected my bills as well.
