I was scared to death when I got served at work with divorce papers from my husbands attorney. Eugene met with me after work the same day and spent an hour with me free of charge. He reviewed the paperwork with me and explained everything. As we went through the process he was like he knew everything... that was going to happen before it ever happened. I felt secure and taken care of from day one. I felt like his fees were reasonable because most if the paperwork and backup expense was by his staff at much lower rates. I only got billed at his rate when he was with me at court and it was worth every dollar that I paid. He knows what he's doing and he tells you from the beginning how its all going to play out. I would definitely recommend him to any woman about to go through the worst events of her life. You can't put a price on an experienced and gutsy lawyer who is there for you when you really need him. His staff is caring and just as knowledgable and always take my calls.

Eugene is AMAZING, I worked with 4 other attorneys and all of them just went through the motions. The second we met his 1st question to me was " What are your goals, What do you hope to accomplish" He followed through with Every single thing that he said he would do, he kept me informed and updated t...hrough the entire court process. His billing is more then fair, You alway hear you get what you pay for, I not only got that but 150% more then what I expected. Not only Eugene but his entire staff went way way above and beyond for me. If you are in a divorce case or a custody battle my first piece of advice would be you better retain Eugene before your spouse does. I have dealt with a number of attorneys over the years but I have never seen anything like this man he is a super star in and out of the court room. I cant give enough praise to this gentelman. Eugene is a wonderful attorney. I am aware that he has had professional misconduct, but I have had 7 attorneys over the years and nearly every single one has had me do the same thing. Several of the attorneys filed things without my knowledge, and never kept me informed on my case. Eugene is not one ...of these attorneys. He is thorough and professional and I have recommended him (and ONLY him) to many aquaintences over the years. He isn't cheap, but he is worth every penny, if not more than what he charges. This is your life that you are paying to protect. And if you go with a poor attorney, trust me, it will ruin your life for years to come. He is a bulldog in the courtroom and knows what he is dointg. He will also be honest with what he believes your chances are to win e.
