Brian William Ross

As a founding partner at Ross, Midian & Breitmayer, LLC, I have dedicated nearly two decades to representing individuals and families throughout Ohio in personal injury, wrongful death, and accident litigation. Since beginning my practice in 2006, my mission has always been to ensure that every client receives the personalized attention, advocacy, and justice they deserve. I believe that no two clients and no two cases are alike. Each situation requires a unique approach, which begins with listening carefully and developing a tailored litigation strategy designed to achieve the best possible outcome. Over the years, I’ve helped countless clients stand up to powerful insurance companies and corporations to secure full and fair compensation for their injuries, losses, and recovery.

Born and raised in Wooster, Ohio, I earned my undergraduate degree from Montana State University (Bozeman) and my Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in Columbus. I take pride in having built a trusted and successful law practice grounded in compassion, integrity, and results. My work is driven by a genuine commitment to helping accident victims navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives while pursuing justice and peace of mind on their behalf.

When I’m not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching my daughters’ softball teams, fly fishing, snowboarding, golfing, and playing music. These experiences keep me grounded and remind me of what truly matters—family, fairness, and helping others rebuild their lives.
