We have had two cases with Adam. One was a DUI charge, that he was able to plea down to a non moving violation, physical control. He demonstrated knowledge of DUI charges, and investigated the circumstances surrounding the original arrest, and got the plea deal. The second case was a felony theft ...charge. and he did an excellent job presenting the case and getting a payment plan to avoid the charge being on my daughter's record as long as she makes the payments to the court by 2016.
