I have a tenant and landlord issue. He wrote one letter to the landlord and would not communicate any further. I provided him with pictures, text, documents and receipts of the amount of money I lost due to this landlords failures to protect my residence from vermin. He did nothing to try to win my c...ase just took my money and never returned a call, email voicemail or even say he no longer wanted my case. HE IS HORRIBLE. He should of told me he is a landlord only attorney NOT a tenant - landlord attorney. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!! HE HAS NO INTENTION OF FULLY REPRESENTING YOU OR ARGUING YOUR CASE NO MATTER HOW MUCH EVIDENCE YOU HAVE!! PITIFUL AND DISGUSTED BY HIS LACK OF CARE FOR HIS CLIENT, TAKES THE MONEY AND RUNS!!!
