Vince Dugan deliberately stalled my divorce case and never answered emails, phone calls, nor did he show up on time for court hearings, depositions. He was poorly prepared for most hearings. His staff was just as bad, lying for him and not returning phone calls. My divorce took many years to com...plete and should have been finalized within a year. Continuances and canceled depositions were his way of stalling the process while being able to charge you more money. He has anger management problems and acted very unprofessionally, many times losing his temper.
