Mr Dugan appeared to be knowledgeable, when we got to court he did not use ANY of the information gathered. Judge awarded her the full amount, no argument from Mr Dugan. He charged me a fee up front, for the entire case, paid him in full, since then he has billed me for twice that amount. I have remi...nded him that I paid him for his services, but I keep receiving additional bills.
