Car Accident ripoff

I was referred to him for my car accident. While he and his staff seemed kind I was mislead, He gave me a proposal that was to be sent to the person's attorney that would have covered me getting my car replaced. I didn't get 10% of what was in the proposal and he even asked for some of the money back...! I would never recommend him to anyone who wants a fair case!

Deliberate, effective & caring!

I was hurt by a negligent driver on my motorcycle. The driver of the pickup truck who pulled out in front of me denied it was his fault and tried to pin the blame on me. I could tell it was going to be a battle because the owner of the truck had just purchased it and hadn’t even had the title trans...ferred prior to the accident. I contacted an attorney I knew and asked for a recommendation to handle my claim because I had been injured far worse than I knew immediately after the accident. He recommended Rob. Rob came to my home to discuss my injuries and explain how every worked in the legal world dealing with these situations. The hospital bill for the first night exceeded $20,000. As it turned out, I was unable to work for six months and was on light duty for another four months. The driver of the truck was under insured (naturally) and I had more than $30,000 in medical bills and 10 months of lost or reduced wages. Rob worked the case with great tact and got me the maximum I could have hoped for given the circumstances. He also negotiated with the hospitals and care givers for reduced fees which helped tremendously. Rob had all the tools lined up to go to trial and put the truck driver’s insurer in a position where they had no choice but to settle for a reasonable amount. I would highly recommend Rob, his communications were great as was his staff and I felt that he and his staff genuinely cared about my wellbeing, something I thing is lacking at some of the “big” firms that do all the advertising on TV.
