About Randy
Biography
Mr. Happeney received his B.A. degree from Miami University. He graduated from law school at The Ohio State University College of Law in 1985.
He is engaged in the general practice of law with emphasis on family law, civil litigation and adoption. He has successfully handled thousands of domestic relations matters ranging from simple dissolutions to complex divorces involving in excess of 30 million dollars in assets.
He has been selected by his peers as an Ohio Super Lawyer by Cincinnati Magazine since 2009. He is a member of the Fairfield County and Ohio State Bar Associations.
Mr. Happeney is a native of Circleville, Ohio. He was the Solicitor for the Village of Bremen from 1988-1994. He has served on the boards of directors for:
- The Lighthouse - The Robert K. Fox Family Y (President for two years)Mr. Happeney served as Chair of the Fairfield County Bar Association Domestic Relations Committee from the inception of the Fairfield County Domestic Relations Court in 1995 until 2008.

Disappointed
Hired Randy being unsure about him. After hiring him I was very disappointed with him. He never explained anything, or returned my phone calls. I felt like he allowed the opposing attorney take full reign while he sat back and watched. I wouldn’t even give him a one star rating and I definitely would...

Stay away
Very disappointed in Randy. He's an awesome salesman. Will sell you the world. Never communicates and will make decisions on his own without consulting with his clients. Will only communicate through letters and will not talk with you. has a very bad memory and makes a lot of promises he can't keep....
