  • Stephen J Spano

I endorse this lawyer. Bill is so well respected nationally that he was elected President of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. However, that achievement reflects only upon his intelligence. It does not reflect his amazing grace, wisdom and very high ethical values that create the ideal advisor and advocate for his clients and their families,

I endorse this lawyer.I endorse this lawyer. Bill and I worked together on a Special Needs trust and elder law issue and he was very effective in reviewing and modifying a special needs trust to comply with federal and Ohio law in order to be sure that the money was protected for the severely disabled child. He was thorough, proactive and knowledgeable about all facets of a pretty complicated case. Bill is a colleague that I consider to be one of the best in Ohio. He is someone that most lawyers in Ohio call when they have an elder law question. He is a great litigator and has made great law in Ohio. He is tenacious and very good about weighing the issues before going forward. I recommend Bill without reservation.
