The Collaborative Family Law Process is an alternative to traditional divorce. This is an out of court process to assist parties in reaching a tailored agreement that addresses the interests of both spouses and the family, controlled by the parties.

A contested divorce is the last process that should be considered, but is sometimes necessary. If so, in over 30 years of practice, I have represented both husbands and wives in simple and complex divorce cases.

Child custody cases are extremely emotional. I have experience assisting parents resolve child custody issues in and outside of court.
