Jacci was amazing from the very start of my custody case, she was very thorough and compassionate to my situation. She added a personal touch to where she seemed more like a friend than just someone you hire for legal help. She was always very reachable, and always offered great points of help. I felt very confident with her and her abilities from the first time we talked, and she always was straight forward with me. It worried me seeing that she was a younger attorney in the beginning, but she seems to have more experience and knowledge than most older lawyers I’d spoken to. She is on the ball to say the least. I had an emergency situation happen involving my child, and Jacci absolutely came to my rescue. I had consulted with other family lawyers in the past regarding different issues, but Jacci was the only one that made me feel at ease from the minute I met her. Throughout the incredibly stressful ordea...l, she answered the millions of questions that I had very promptly; taking away the stress of court and the mounds of paperwork. I hired Jacci to defend me in a visitation/custody case, and she was exactly what I wanted. I had a lot of questions and she always had answers. My ex ended up withdrawing his motion for visitation, because he realized that we were serious and he was going to have to spend a lot more money than he had planned on. If he ever tries to take me back to court for visitation again, I will definitely hire Jacci again.

This review will most definitely have an update! We are still working on a few things to put an end to what has been long process. My husband and I were in search of an attorney who would be a great advocate for father's rights, and Mrs. Baumann turned out to be exactly that! She has made this jour...ney a more bearable one by remaining patient with us while we had more than a few questions and concerns. She also kept in touch with us often, which to me was extremely important. The last thing you want to feel in custody cases, is unsure or alone. As I told my husband when he first filed for "Joint Custody", things will get harder, before they get any better. And let me tell you, I haven't been more right in my entire life! By all means, I am not saying that our case was even close to being "difficult" But any situation in court that involves children, tend to be delicate, and Mrs. Baumann approached the matter head on with so much professionalism. She has been consistent in returning phone calls/emails without any hesitation. I truly believe that she has handled our case as if it were her own.
