Biography
Erica Harris Young is known for her passionate and zealous advocacy of her clients. It is her philosophy that her job is to ensure that every client’s rights are preserved; and she is willing to fight for that by ensuring that she knows each client’s case inside and out.
Erica graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Ethnic and American Studies with a focus on critical legal and race theory. She then entered the evening program of Capital University Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree magna cum laude while working full time at a prominent civil law firm.
Erica is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Additionally, Erica is a certified Guardian ad Litem through the Supreme Court of Ohio.
She sees clients as people, not cases, and as such works for and with each client to ensure the very best possible outcome.
