About Bethany
Biography
I focus in the area of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Guardianship and Probate. I found that I had a passion for this area of law after several family members struggled with the growing costs and road blocks within long-term care planning. I want every client and family I work with think of me as a support system where they can turn for answers and comfort in the time of need.
I work with families in a variety of situations, from the recent retiree who is trying to pre-plan and think about asset preservation to the families needing emergency planning due to an expected stay in a nursing home, and everything in between. This includes those implementing in-home care or thinking about independent or assisted living.
