OUTCOME: House went through probate in less than three months.

Client was named executor and trustee for decedent. The Estate Planning Attorney did not properly fund the trust and the house had to go through probate. The home was in contract for sale and needed ... to be taken through probate as fast as possible. By working closely with the local Probate Court, we had the $650,000.00 residence taken through probate and sold in less than three months.
