Mr. McNair focuses his practice on domestic relations/family law, business law, and civil litigation, including personal injury. His undergraduate business degree and small business legal experience serve as the backbone for his representation in high-asset, multi-faceted marital business disputes. In addition to the above areas, Mr. McNair represents clients with matters involving child custody, child support, adoption, post decree enforcement, contempt proceedings, and CPOs/CSPOs.
In 2002, Mr. McNair started as an Associate attorney with a general practice law firm where he handled civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, landlord tenant and other general business matters. In 2007, Mr. McNair started a boutique domestic relations firm in downtown Columbus, OH. In early 2013, Mr. McNair and Chris Lardiere founded Lardiere McNair, LLC.

Civil Litigation/Personal Injury/Arbitration/Mediation: Representation experience includes all types of civil litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, uninsured motorist situations, insurance disputes, breach of contracts, property cases and collections. This representation has extended to areas including CSPO prosecution and defense. Includes multiple trials to jury verdict.
Criminal Law: Representation of individuals, juveniles included in all types of misdemeanors from violent to white collar misdemeanors. · Multiple jury verdicts for Plaintiff in cases where the Defendant's insurance company would not act reasonably; Several verdicts in the hundreds of thousands of dollars; Multiple Settlements for over $100,; Many of these cases involved accident reconstructionist testimony, vocational assessments and other expert involvement;
· Successful representation of Plaintiff/Appellant in the Court of Appeals in several different Appellate Districts throughout Ohio;
· Representation of many individuals in Domestic Relations Court with family net worth in excess of $1M, family businesses, complex separate property issues, etc.;
· Representation of many individuals who are going through tumultuous and highly contested custody battles, both during divorce, establishment of paternity phase, and/or post-decree.
