Christopher L. Lardiere

In November of 1983, Mr. Lardiere began providing legal services to Central Ohio. He currently focuses his practice by serving as lead counsel in litigation and provides outside general counsel services for a wide variety of business and individual clients, including not for profit entities.  As part of that representation, Mr. Lardiere is engaged to provide counsel on topics including corporate compliance; data and physical security; privacy issues; business transactions; insurance claims and procurement; employee relations; vendor and contract management; litigation; arbitration; real estate (sales and purchases)  and lease negations.  In addition to his individual clients, Mr. Lardiere represents a wide variety of businesses, including financial institutions; creditors; churches; real estate management companies and landlords; manufacturing companies and general service companies.

Mr. Lardiere’ experience includes serving on the board of directors for a financial institution; acting as in-house counsel for a financial institution and serving as interim president of a collection agency.
