Highly Recommend!

My husband and I met with Tim to put a Trust in place to make sure our home and savings didn't go through probate and specifying who would get what since we don't have kids yet. I have worked for Tim for many years so I understand the benefit of estate planning, but being on the other side of the tab...le was different than I expected! He helped guide us through the process (and was very patient in explaining everything to my husband who doesn't have any experience with this type of stuff).

Setting up our trust

Would like to recommend Jarvis Law Offices if you are considering setting up a trust or would just like to explore your options. We are quite happy with the way they helped us. They thoroughly explained how trusts work, did way more of the actual legwork necessary to set it up and fund it then I ex...pected. (I thought I would be running all over and making multiple phone calls.) Not the case. They also answered all our questions and some I didn't know I had!

Meeting Elders planning needs

The attorneys were very thorough in evaluating the needs of our family and arrived at a plan that covered and protected our assets. The plan will also carry out desire in the distribution of our assets.
