I have experiences as both a trial lawyer and in-house counsel. I measure success in a case not merely by the result but more by the level of satisfaction enjoyed by my client. When I see sheer relief in a client’s eyes that a matter has been resolved, I gain no better sense of professional satisfaction.
I have the ability to forge relationships by negotiating contracts, and I can protect a client’s interests in court, in both the state and federal systems. I have handled litigation cases that range from landlord-tenant/eviction matters, consumer protection, civil rights, wrongful death, education, auto accidents, employment law, to class action litigation. I also have handled transactional work to ensure multi-million dollar deals are secured as well as to ensure an individual employee receives a fair set of terms in an employment contract.
I have lived in central Ohio since 1995 and enjoy time with my wife Amy and our two young daughters. When not in a court of law, I find myself on a volleyball court, often playing with the Sharks or Sand Sharks, depending on the season. I am reminded constantly that effective communication on the court generates the best results. In my legal practice, I seek even higher levels of communication with each one of my clients to ensure the best possible results also are attained for them.
