A nationally recognized attorney, Flora Templeton Stuart was the first female attorney to litigate cases in Southcentral Kentucky. She was appointed Public Advocate of Warren County with extensive trial experience including national recognition on Good Morning America and Time Magazine.

Great Job!
I was rear ended and then flipped over. They took me to TJ Samson emergency room. I called Flora's office and the met me at my grandmother's house. They really did a good job on my case. I am happy with my settlement.

Great Office
In April 2017, I was Hit by an suv while jogging, I contacted Flora's office as quickly as I was able to, an someone was there meeting me a few hours later, during the course of the settlement process I came into contact with several people working in Her Office from Her wonderful front desk young lady answering the phone to her very professional but down to earth paralegals. I have nothing but great respect for Flora an everyone that works in Her office. I pray I'll never need to use their services again but will recommend them to anyone.

the best lawyer in town!
We were involved in a wreck on Cumberland Parkway a few years ago during a thunderstorm. A lady hit us from behind knocking us out of the road over a guard rail, up into the trees and ending up hitting a concrete drainage abutment. Needless to say our car was totaled and we were hurt. My wife had back injuries and I had shoulder and hip injuries. Both of us had sever whiplash. We had a huge mess of medical bills and lots of trouble with the insurance companies paying bills! Flora Stuart's law firm did an excellent job of handling our case! They got all the bills paid. We only ended up paying our insurance co-payments of $600.00. She got us a fair settlement for our car. We got a good settlement for our injuries. Flora and her staff are great to work with and will treat you right. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Extremely reputable attorney
As a former client of Ms. Flora Stuart, I would highly recommend her as an injury attorney. After being involved in an accident where a drunk driver drove into a mobile home and injured everyone in the home, including my eight week old son, we could not have asked for a better attorney. We were informed with every step that was taken in our case. If ever faced with another unfortunate event that would require an attorney, we would definitely use Ms. Stuart as our attorney.
