cut my fingers off

He'll stick with you

From the beginning I had trouble with the workers comp insurance co. that my employer used. After 3 months I had to call Mr. Sowell for legal representation. After dealing with 3 different adjusters, with even my employer threatening the insurance company, Mr. Sowell still continued to fight until my treatment and pay was finally started. He was always willing to answer my call and never was there a discussion about the situation being too difficult. He does not know how much I appreciate his support over this long drawn out process and recovery. I have no doubt that he will be as tenacious and resilient through the rest of my recovery and completion of my case.

i love em ,,, he is the jessy james of lawyers,,, he dam sure stood ground for me, he is not scared to pick up that phone an start asking questions ,,, but he also well tell there is only so much any1 can do under law,,, so if it comes down to the jury box ,,, he will put on his coat an tie an go 4 the battle,,, G, Hagan

Work Comp Nightmare

I was trying to fight work comp insurance alone. There is nothing worse than feeling frustrated and taken advantage of when you feel so powerless. Brad Sowell is very approachable. He listens, and he cares. Put your problems in his hands, you will not be disappointed!

Great person

Brad has been very helpful and tries to explain in terms I understand. He is down to earth and very up to date with all the work comp laws and procedures. He is there for you when you need him. He is very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend him for a work comp case.

Outstanding attorney !

I can not say enough about Mr.Sowell. I had a very complicated case. Mr. Sowell went to great lengths to help me get through this difficult process in workers compensation. In fact he stayed with me even when other attorneys would have dropped my case. I would never have been able to go through this without him. Not only is he a great attorney but he is an outstanding person.

Workers Compensation

Mr. Sowell was a great benefit to have on my side. Going up against a major international company was going to be hard to say the least. I was given good advice and Mr. Sowell stood his ground even when the company was trying to drag things out and we achieved very reasonable results in my case.
