Staff very rude
Every time I call. Her paralegal is always rude and talks over me every time I try to get information from them. I always have to call them because they do not communicate with you at all. All they care about is getting their money!

Disappointed
I hired Ms Jones for a small task. She did not return my calls or respond sufficiently to emails. She did not complete the task I paid her for. Personally, I feel I should be entitled to a refund.
