I paid her 7k to represent me in a divorce. I paid the amount in full and when I appeared in court the judge informed me she had submitted a motion to withdraw, and it had been approved. I had no idea she was withdrawing from my case and was left to use my ex wife's attorney to settle the matter as H...eather Jones would not refund any of my money despite not representing me at all, or doing anything with my case.

Hired her to represent me in my divorce/custody case. She did NOTHING and came to court with NOTHING! Just a few examples......Judge wouldn't allow my medical records because they were not certified. HJ didn't have any of my witnesses testify. She didn't bring any of the records I provided her to ver...ify my ex husbands income or balance of his checking account. She missed the deadline for my appeal. I am willing to show the entire circus to anyone who doubt's what I am saying. I can prove every word. Ask those leaving positive comments for proof. You won't get it. Its your life do you really wanna chance it with her. Please do your homework.
