Mr. Lightfoot advised my case was over his head and said his boss would be better choice. After reviewing my case to appeal she agreed judge was out of line and I had very good chance at over turning the decision. She asked for $5000 up front. Another $300 for videos. Two months later no contact I... called asked why so long Mr Lightfoot said he was working on deal with my ex wife's attorney and advised doing the appeal would take up to TWO YEARS and this deal would be better. I refused and wanted to continue with appeal. Lightfoot kept pushing for it and came to my house 3 times to change my mind. After agreeing he was to reimburse the remains money since did not do appeal. Came out to house said he would see through end no matter what. He kept reminder of money did not work on case after that. Could not answer any questions without having to ask someone else first. Very rude when asked status after 6 months if nothing. Would say had court date but wouldn't give to me and would say it was cancelled. A year half later I demand court date he pulls out sends letter in mail kept all money. I hired new attorney and to find out Mr. Lightfoot had not done anything he had not been in court or worked on the case in over a year but told me he had been in court several times. I've never heard of attorney speak to you and not be able to answer one single question without having to ask someone else what to do. His inexperience has costed me thousands of dollars including letting ed take kids out if state and agreeing to not bring it out in court. Do not use this attorney very disappointed in the Wiley firm
