Rachael Anne O'Hearen

Rachael O'Hearen Neugent was my family court attorney for a few years ago. Judge Dawn Gentry was the judge who had my Family (child) court case. She was appointed to me as a Pro bono lawyer. There is not 1 bad quality about this woman she is 100% amazing. For a Pro bono Case I personally as her clien...t can't say she didnt put up a fight at all times, I personally felt she put her everything into my case. I would be honored to recommend her to anyone who is looking for a strong attorney on there side. I promise she won't let you down. We fought awhile due to circumstances in my case but she was behind/ for me the whole time! She didn't give up on me when I felt like giving up on myself! I acquired Rachael as my attorney last year when I was charged with possession of marijuana. It was the first time I had ever gotten in trouble, so I immediately panicked and hired a lawyer. It was completely unnecessary and a total waste of money. She promised me I would not get community service-- ...I did. She then promised she would take care of the entire expungement certification process. She did not. I contacted her repeatedly, and she never returned my calls. I even left a voicemail telling her she could just help me over the phone since she was ignoring me-- still no response. She cashed the checks I wrote her, and once she was paid, she completely and blatantly refused to do what she was hired to do. If you absolutely must hire her for some incredibly unfortunate reason, do not pay her until she has done what she was hired to do. It is so unfortunate that someone could lack professionalism and common decency when they are in a profession as such.
