I reached out to Attorney Kris Nevels about a case involving my adult son, and Mr. Nevels called me the very same day. Attorney Nevels and this program official did appear in court with my son for his initial appearance to let the Judge know that this program would be the game plan for my son. The Judge agreed with Attorney Nevels and permitted them to proceed in this manner rather than taking the case to trial. If the case had gone to trial, I have total confidence that Attorney Nevels would have represented my son well and that his case would have still worked out in a favorable manner for my son. However, because of Mr. Nevels’ legal expertise, he was able to avoid trial and actually help my son to get the help that he needed. That’s a WIN-WIN!
