He is a great lawyer!!
I must say that Dan Carman is very intelligent and dedicated attorney also a very nice person, from the beginning to the end of my case, he didn't let me feel that I am dealing with a lawyer, I felt that I am dealing with my best friend who is a best lawyer. On very first day, when I met him in his o...

money and attention seeker
Initially he promised me to dismiss my DUI case and made me pay the fees. After that he totally ignored me and simply went on for trial and finally he forced me to plead guilty in court by saying that is the only option I have, when all trials are simply wasted by him earlier with no response at all....
Hello, First, you nave posted anonymously, so it is not possible for me to reach out to you personally and address your concerns, assuming you are actually someone who hired me. Please feel fee to post using your name, or call my cell phone at 859.396.1049. Second, in virtually every initial consult I tell a potential client that there is never (and I mean never) a 100% guarantee or promise as to a result in a case, and but what I can promise is to do everything possible to get the best result that is humanly possible. Third, I have never, nor could or would I ever force someone to plead guilty to anything. When done, guilty pleas are usually part of a deal of some kind, are something of a last resort when the evidence against a defendant is strong enough to convict the person of something at jury trial (which may have been so in your case, although I do not know who you are), and are always done freely and voluntarily - when done at all - in any case with which I am associated. I stand by my work with thousands of people I've represented in criminal cases over the years. Again, I'd be happy to talk with you, address your concerns, and perhaps even facilitate the filing of a motion to set aside your plea -- all if I knew who you are; it is difficult for me to guess at your identity from your post because I simply have never done the things you've mentioned with anyone at all. If you are an actual former client, feel free to call me. Thanks, Dan

He is not a good attorney
I hired mr carman I paid him 5000$ to represent me on a DUI first offense He did not do much of anything He did manage to miss a filing date And then proceeded to move up my sentencing date in the hopes that would not find out what he had done until after I was already sentenced how anyone co...
Randy, I'm sorry that you feel as you do. Over the years, my firm has represented thousands of clients successfully, and often with very good results. Unfortunately, like a medical problem that can include lengthy treatments with results to be determined, a legal problem can have a strong effect on one's emotions. As always, you can call me on my cell phone at 859.396.1049 to discuss things personally. Occasionally a case comes along that has some unusual elements - it involves 3+ years of litigation -- even on a misdemeanor charge -- multiple mistrials, multiple defense attorneys, an appeal, and even witnesses who at first seem favorable for the defendant, only later to turn against him. Such cases are tough for everybody, especially the defendant. In any event, I want the best for each of my clients, including each one feeling as satisfied as humanly possible, under the circumstances. Please call me anytime to talk.
"Dan is that rare attorney that you come across who tries cases. While many lawyers advertise that they secure great results for their clients, only a handful can actually produce a record of successful jury verdicts. Dan tries cases and his trial experience is his bargaining tool that gives you an option to go to trial instead of taking a bad deal. I have had the pleasure of knowing Dan for over 11 years as a lawyer and Marine Corps Officer. I am particularly impressed by Dan’s experience and ability to think outside the box with defense strategies. Although he relies upon his beard to make him look witty, he is actually a smart attorney. As an attorney, Dan earns my highest recommendation."
"As a judge, I had the priviilege of observing Dan Carman as a lawyer. As a former Marine JAG Officer, I found him to be a skilled and methodical tactician in and out of the courtroom. He is committed to finding and implementing every resource available to ensure his clients receive the highest quality representation. I am pleased to endorse Dan Carman."
