My need for Rob arose from a car accident where the faulted driver disappeared and had to be tracked down by the insurance company that covered him. During that time they refused to either pay me for the total loss value of my vehicle, since they needed the drivers statement first, and also would not... pay for a rental car. I reached out to Rob to help me with the case and sure enough we ended up filing wit the company and entered into a settlement agreement that i was more than pleased with. The result of the case is only a portion of why I enjoyed working with Rob though. Along with being professional and courteous he was also very thorough and pleasant to deal with. Plenty of laughs had and he was able to really show empathy and concern during the whole process. He maintained good contact throughout and periodic updates even during the times where my involvement was not necessary. Mr. Morrin was extremely helpful in helping me resolve my legal issues. Awhile back I was pulled over for expired tags, and let go with a warning. I renewed my tags as soon as possible, but forgot to send proof of renewal to the county that I was pulled over in, not realizing this was necessary. My c...ourt date came and went, and the county issued a bench warrant for my failure to appear in court. Mr. Morrin resolved this issue for me without me even having to make an appearance. I am very thankful for his services, and appreciative for the quick manner in which he handled my case. Due to my court case being out of town no attorney close to my area wanted to help me. I found Rob and he looked over my case and took it on head strong. It was my first time ever going to court and I was a nervous wreck thanks to Mr.Morrin it wasn't as bad as I expected and made me feel comfortable ...and listened to all my concerns.
