Mr. Morrin was extremely helpful in helping me resolve my legal issues. Awhile back I was pulled over for expired tags, and let go with a warning. I renewed my tags as soon as possible, but forgot to send proof of renewal to the county that I was pulled over in, not realizing this was necessary.
