Biography
In addition to my legal practice, I have started companies, served as the executive director of a non-profit, and continue to serve as a general advisor to startups and small businesses. I understand both the business and legal world and am an effective bridge between the two for my clients. I focus primarily on business planning, corporate governance, contract review and negotiation, and business litigation. I moved to Kentucky in 1993 when my father retired from the U.S. Marine Corps and I will always consider Kentucky my true home. Before attending the University of Louisville, I graduated from Eastern High School in Jefferson County.

Aaron cleared my record.
