Horrible experience! We went over my case but he changed it to medical even though my case was straightforward and then had evidence that I was unlawfully terminated! He turn my case medical when he found out I had open heart and told me it was the best way to go about it and me not being a lawyer di...d what he said cuz I’m the factory worker he’s to attorney. He never gave me updates on what the opposing side was saying about my case he just keep insisting on what myself and another employee knew about the company that was wrong! Well u can imagine what happened that’s right my case was immediately dismissed and the reason being I didn’t give the place that fired me a release to work!!!! I was like wtf and he Kurt did not tell me this until I was out of time to get another attorney. I however did speak to one and he was a very honest and trustworthy attorney so if u want to message me I would be glad to give u his name and trust me u won’t regret hiring him!!!
