I help provide the peace of mind that can come from having a durable power of attorney, living will, and health care surrogate designation in place before the onset of illness and possible incapacity. I help individuals accomplish their estate plans through a will. I also help people plan for the devestating cost of long term care in a nursing home.

I have a different kind of law practice. I work from home and meet my clients in their homes. I believe that clients appreciate the convenience of an attorney who comes to them, and they can also be more comfortable discussing the issues of long term care, wills, and what to do before an loved one is unable to handle their own affairs.

Will and other events

Mr. O'Brien was extremely thorough when going over the requests and questions I had concerning my will. I am divorced, no living children, lots of nieces and nephews some of whom have indicated they expected to receive my estate. This needed to be handled delicately and Mr. O'Brien worded my will so no one can expect but what I chose to leave to specific relatives. I truly appreciate him making certain all of my requests meet legal requirements .
