Early in his career, he clerked for Judge Susan Orth in Floyd County, Indiana, where he saw how the court system functions. Then, as a young attorney, he worked with Hargadon, Lenihan, and Herrington, the oldest personal injury law firm in Louisville, Kentucky, and gained an understanding of how seasoned attorneys succeed for their clients. Randy then spent nearly a decade with Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers, fighting insurance companies and winning.
