Ms. Skaggs would also have an a...ssociate handle some of the minute details, which saved me a great deal of money. We were divorced in under 1 year. Afterwards my daughter finally told me that our divorce was very fair, and that her dad had over exaggerated what the final settlement would be. I was able to put a down payment in a house, take care of my pets, pay my bills and take a couple of nice vacations. I have never regretted hiring Diana Skaggs.

My experience with Diana Skaggs is she is only interested in billable hours. Three years after my divorce settlement, my ex-husband poked holes in our maintenance agreement, and I emailed Ms. Skaggs with a simple question. I understood I would have to compensate her for advice. However, her advice wa...s to make an appointment. For that, I received a bill for $37.00. I find it appalling that she billed me to read an email. Not only did the agreement she negotiated for me fall apart, costing me tens of thousands of dollars, but she charged me $37 for zero services. I would not, and did not, retain this attorney again.
