Clay Parker Kennedy

I can't sing Clay's praises loud enough. I endured bogus prosecution from Fayette County Commonwealth attorney Kim Henderson Baird. I was a victim of assault by a female at a bar. The incident was well documented. The agressors mother contacted her friends in the Commonwealths attorneys office and ...got them to put charges on me. I hired Clay and we were in and out of court for almost 2 years before it went to trial. During the trial Kim and her goons tried every dirty trick in the book to get me sent to prison for 10 years. Clay made her look like an amateur Paralegal in that courtroom. He made her look so bad that the judge had to call a timeout and come up with 6 lesser charges in the middle of the trial just to find me guilty of something. Everyone knew I was innocent from the beginning. But the Commonwealth simply wanted a conviction and they played dirty to ensure they got one. Clay kept cool and calm. We didn't get the verdict that we deserved but the Commonwealth didn't get what they really wanted either. Kim Baird and her clowns wasted state resources for 2 years just to get a $500 fine as the outcome. Clay came down and took on shady small town politics. He made them look very dumb while doing so. To him I'll be forever grateful. I highly recommend Mr. Clay Kennedy.
