Benham J. Sims

I hired Benham Sims to have my record expunged back in September. I had an assault charge that was 18 years old, and a PI that was 12 years old. He filed the petition for expungement exactly 60 days ago. Today I get a call from Public Relations from my job, stating they received my background check, ...and due to the nature of the charges that I would be terminated. I quickly explained to them that I was working with my lawyer to have it removed but that wasn't enough... they needed paperwork from Jefferson County Court.
