Benham J. Sims

I hired Benham Sims to have my record expunged back in September. I had an assault charge that was 18 years old, and a PI that was 12 years old. He filed the petition for expungement exactly 60 days ago. Today I get a call from Public Relations from my job, stating they received my background check, ...and due to the nature of the charges that I would be terminated. I quickly explained to them that I was working with my lawyer to have it removed but that wasn't enough... they needed paperwork from Jefferson County Court. I immediately called Benham Sims and frantically explained the situation. He checked all data bases and noticed that nothing had moved forward with my case. I couldnt believe that I went from, being terminated from my job that I absolutely love to Mr Sims intervening, going above and beyond to secure my position at work.
