Biography
I have been practicing for 27 years, including serving as a Prosecutor, Judge, and Defense Attorney. I helped draft Kentucky's new expungement law. I have also been a five time winner of Louisville Magazine's Top Lawyers.
I have served as Special Justice on the Kentucky Supreme Court and as Vice Chairman of the Kentucky Lottery Board.
I have been recognized by Kentucky's Prosecutor Advisory Council and the Outstanding Public Servant, Fraternal Order of Police Prosecutor of the Year, and MADD Kentucky Outstanding Public Servant.
I have served as Seminar Instructor numerous times for Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Justice Association, University of Kentucky and University of Louisville School of Law, numerous police agencies in Kentucky.
