Nick Horne was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended Jefferson Community and Technical College, where he earned his associate degree in 2017. Nick studied Political Science at the University of Kentucky, earning his bachelor’s degree and graduating magna cum laude with departmental honors in 2019.
Mr. Horne graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2023, where he served as an editor of the University of Louisville Law Review, taught high school students writing skills and constitutional law at the Central High School Law Partnership, and received the Cali Award for excellent achievement in Civil Rights and Liberties.
Nick began working at the Thomas Law Offices while in law school and was hired as an attorney upon his admission to the Kentucky Bar Association in 2023. He represents victims and their families in litigation involving civil and constitutional rights violations, nursing home neglect and abuse, medical malpractice, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, products liability, and other personal injury matters.
Mr. Horne is an active member of several legal organizations dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals injured by the wrongful acts of others, including the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Kentucky Justice Association (KJA).
In his free time, Nick enjoys watching movies, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife, Danielle, and their cat, Romeo.
