Joseph Patrick Davis

With more than 30 years of legal experience, Joseph P. Davis has helped thousands of clients who have been injured by the negligence of others. Holding bar admissions in Florida and Mississippi, as well as the U,S, District Court Northern and Southern District of Mississippi and the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th Circuit, he has ample experience in personal injury law, including cases involving car accidents, premises liability and slip and falls, workers’ compensation, and medical malpractice. Joseph is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the international legal fraternity of Phi Delta Phi.
