Be careful
I wish I had something positive to say, but I do not. I am retired USAF and served my country without fail. I can not say the same for this firm. First communication is seriously lacking. When you actually get to communicate with an attorney it's as if they are doing you a favor. You feel as if ...
This office has done everything necessary to help you. Your original bankruptcy case was assumed by this office on a pro bono bases. That case was dismissed for your failure to pay the trustee’s office. Thereafter, we filed a second bankruptcy case on your behalf which is currently still active and has allowed you to modify certain loans pursuant to our efforts. During my representation you requested a complete copy of your file with the bankruptcy court which we advised you how to obtain a copy of the file via Pacer. Once you learned that you would have to pay for the copy your became unhappy, but as I explained my office gets charged the same amount by Pacer. So it does not matter who goes back to get a copy, the cost is the same. Thereafter, you posted your original negative review during the time I was still representing you. So I called you and in our conversation, you mentioned that the reason for the negative review was that the emails from my office were not polite and lacked “empathy”. To which I requested you to forward any such emails to my attention but as of today you have produced no such emails. In addition, I have reviewed all emails and find them to be more than professional. Also, we both decided, based on your feelings, that I would withdraw from your case. To which the court agreed.
