Biography
My practice focuses on personal injury and workers' compensation. Within personal injury I handle car accident cases, big rig/tractor trailer/18 wheeler cases, slip and fall/premises liability cases, and medical malpractice. I pride myself on being able to skillfully handle complex personal injury litigation and being able to successfully try a case to a jury. I also handle many workers' compensation cases for workers across the state of Mississippi. I am located on the Gulf Coast so I handle shipyard injury claims aka Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation claims before the Department of Labor.
