Prior to joining Owen, Galloway & Myers, Ashley worked as an associate at Danks, Miller, Cory & Bridgers under Senior Partner Dale Danks, Jr. While at Ole Miss Law she was a member of the Moot Court Board and the president of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Society, for which she received the National Balfour Scholarship. Prior to attending law school, Ashley was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and graduated summa cum laude from the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at the University of Mississippi and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish.
