I have a diverse litigation practice, including employment law, personal injury, insurance, and business disputes. I also advise clients in the healthcare industry regarding state and federal healthcare regulations, including Medicaid and Medicare requirements. These clients include federally qualified health centers, mental health providers, home health agencies, and providers of all types. I have been involved in multiple appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit as well as the Mississippi Supreme Court.
