She is very unprofessional for my creditors meeting she did not show up when I filed she didn’t not send proper documents to my creditors due to this my car was repossessed and I was 8 months pregnant I should have had my case dismissed then she is never at her office and when I have a question about... my case I have to take to her assistant the times I have been able to communicate with her was by text and she don’t respond back in a timely manner fast forward six months later my second vehicle I asked her to add to my bankruptcy she did it but she fail to respond in a timely manner she did not tell me the results from the meeting when she did find out causing me a single mom with four kids to lose her transportation she did not reach out to me when I informed her of what happened instead text my phone and told me to reach out to her assistant this was a nightmare anyone new trying to do business with her please don’t run I wish I could give her no stars she do not deserve not even one

Very unprofessional, unreliable. Lack communication and do not stand on her word. I’ve been ignored for the last Five months now, my calls are unanswered, my text messages are read and not responded, voicemails are answered to. Was told one thing by her secretary and the commitment has not been fulfi...lled!!! If I could give no stars that would be my sincere rating.
