Jeanine Michele Carafello

Do not put any faith or money in this lawyer. Jeanine basically went blind into a case I supplied every piece of evidence needed to prove my case and even organized spreadsheets with amounts totaled by category and by month. She had nothing submitted or prepared to submit into evidence. I happened to... bring copies of a few of the dozens of documents I provided to her in hopes of preparing literally the minutes before trial as she would not respond to my requests for a meeting before to prep. Other party didn’t even show and she still ended up having to drop multiple claims in my motion due to her lack of being able to produce basic case info the judge asked her. She in turn posed the questions to me on the stand like I was being cross examined by my own lawyer. Horrible. Horrible. Never filed the order until months later when I contacted the court asking could I just file it myself and reported her lack of response to her basic duties. Got major details wrong and filed it w/o my consent . Billed me additionally for each email or message I made to try and get a response but never replied to them.

Ms. Carafello has represented my family on not one but three occasions and she has been nothing but professional in all three cases. Very personable and easy to work with, but, yet extremely professional. If professionalism and results oriented is what you are looking for, I would recommend her with...out hesitation.
